HR Support – Professional Plan

Ideal for Micro and Small businesses (between 11 – 150 employees) requiring first strategic HR support

Included:

  • Everything in the basic plan, plus
  • a personalised strategic development plan
  • Up to 4hrs per month of HR support via email/phone/zoom/teams etc
  • Client is required to undertake 2 x 1hr ‘get to know you’ calls in the first month
  • 3 month minimum contract then a rolling contract going forwards

Any additional HR support to be charged at £100 per hour

HR Support – Basic Plan

Ideal for Start ups (up to 10 employees) needing foundational support

Included:

  • Legislative updates as employment law changes
  • Access to templates (contracts, policies etc)
  • Up to 2hrs per month of HR support via email/phone/zoom/teams etc
  • Client required to undertake 2 x 1hr ‘get to know you’ calls in month 1
  • 3 month minimum contract – then a rolling monthly contract going forwards

Any additional HR support to be charged at £100 per hour

HR Support – Premium Plan

For medium sized businesses (151-200 employees) who have complex HR issues which need support

  • Everything included in the professional plan plus
  • Up to eight hours of HR support per month via email/phone/zoom/teams etc
  • Complex issues supported
  • Client is required to undertake 2 x 1hr ‘get to know you calls’ in month one
  • 3 month minimum contract, then a rolling contract going forward

Any additional HR support to be charged at £150 per hour

HR Handbook & Policies Bundle

All serious organisations should have a handbook. To comply with legislation, all organisations with employees should have, as a minimum, H&S policy, Statement of terms & conditions, Disciplinary & Grievance procedures, Absence policies – including annual leave, and Sexual Harassment.

Ensuring these are legislatively correct can be a headache, but with RBM HR Services providing the documentation plus legal updates as they become available, you never need to worry again.

Additional policies, which will be needed to support contract of employment, provided @ £75.
