HRi Awards 2025 Finalist – Emerging Talent

I’m delighted to share some exciting news – I’ve been named a finalist in the HRi Awards 2025 in the Emerging Talent category.

The HRi Awards shine a light on best practices in our profession and provide an opportunity to celebrate excellence in the HR Indies community. To be recognised alongside so many inspiring peers is both an honour and a proud milestone for me and RBM HR Services.

When I set up my business, my vision was simple – to make HR accessible, human, and fit-for-purpose for small businesses and start-ups. Being shortlisted for Emerging Talent feels like a real recognition of the journey so far and the values I’ve built my business upon: clarity, practicality, and people-first support.

The finalists showcase the incredible talent within our HR community, and I’m proud to stand among them. Win or not, being nominated is a reminder of why I love what I do – helping founders and small business owners put the right HR foundations in place so they can grow with confidence.

The winners will be announced at the HRi Awards ceremony later this year – and I’m looking forward to celebrating with colleagues and peers who share the same passion for raising the bar in HR.
