Say what now?!
Honestly, my duct of tears has never been so busy.
Running a business is never easy. There have been moments when I questioned everything. Times when I felt like giving up. Times when I convinced myself that awards, recognition, and success stories were for “other people” — not for me.
But this moment proves something important:
Hard work matters. Persistence matters. Showing up, even on the difficult days, matters.
RBM HR Services has been built with passion, honesty, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping businesses and people thrive. To now be recognised as an award-winning consultancy is something I’m incredibly proud of.
And yes, it is absolutely worth shouting about!
