One of my proudest moments?
A manager who was completely resistant to training — disengaged, arms folded, clearly getting nothing from the sessions. So I switched it up. I ditched the rigid workbook approach, made it more hands-on, and focused on conversation and interaction. That shift changed everything. Today, that same manager is one of my biggest success stories — tackling complex people issues with confidence and ease.
It’s those moments that remind me why I do this.
When managers feel supported, seen, and empowered with the right tools, they step into their roles with purpose. And when they lead well, everyone benefits, their teams, their business, and their own careers.
