This was one of the happiest days of my working career.
Attaining Chartered status of the CIPD had been a long road, a totally enjoyable journey; one of development, both personal and professional.
It verified I truly knew my subject and could expertly help organisations with their HR requirements.
This was such an achievement for me.
I not only had found a passion, but I had found a calling.
I had 4 small children at the time, a husband who worked away and a full time job, so finding time to fit in my studies was tricky at times, but so worth while.
Whilst working as a consultant, I found I needed to be on top of my game as far as tribunal representation was concerned, therefore I formalised my knowledge in this area and gained a specialist paralegal qualification.
