A HR Retainer is so helpful, it means you have HR experts on the end of the phone whenever you have a query.
For all those people issues which come up you are just unsure of, those little bits of legislation which could land you a fine of 10's of thousands of £'s.
RBM HR Services on retainer is so much the cheaper option and makes so much sense.
Our minimum retainer contract is 3.5hrs a mth, we do roll over any unused hours for 3mths, you really do have a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips.
Have a HR hours account to use as and when you want.
So, when have the need to update your policies and procedures, review your handbook or put together an online training, you use the hours as you see fit.
OR, if you had a recruitment need, or an ER issue, you could use your hours for that.
Once the hours have been used, you then either top up your account, leave it laying dormant or we move on to a more formal footing if it is a more cost effective way forward for you depending on your usage.
All serious organisations should have a handbook. To comply with legislation, all organisations with employees should have, as a minimum, H&S policy, Statement of terms & conditions, Disciplinary & Grievance procedures and Absence policies - including annual leave.
Ensuring these are legislatively correct can be a headache, but with RBM HR Services providing the documentation plus legal updates as they become available, you never need to worry again.
