All serious organisations should have a handbook. To comply with legislation, all organisations with employees should have, as a minimum, H&S policy, Statement of terms & conditions, Disciplinary & Grievance procedures and Absence policies - including annual leave.
Ensuring these are legislatively correct can be a headache, but with RBM HR Services providing the documentation plus legal updates as they become available, you never need to worry again.
